Dra. Andreia de Almeida is a certified physician in Functional Medicine, Functional Fertility and Anti-Aging Medicine, with specialized training in bioidentical hormones (BHRT) and advanced supplementation.
Her clinical practice focuses on functional nutrition, hormonal rebalancing, sleep optimization, and weight and stress management for both men and women of all ages.
Daily, she helps her patients achieve optimal health by practising Lifestyle Medicine, with a focus on lifestyle changes.
In her free time, she loves studying, cooking healthy meals, spending time with friends and family, travelling, walking, practising sports, yoga, and meditation.

Advanced Training in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M).
Certifications in Functional and Preventive Medicine. Member of the International College of Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine (ICHNFM) and the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM).
